My Volvo gave a message it was low on coolant and I should stop engine. I was in route to Memphis from Jonesboro. I found The Auto Clinic. They had to order the part but they took care of me and drove to Memphis to pick up the part. I had to rent a car until it was fixed but they brought my car to me at Enterprise when I returned the rental since I had no other means of getting to their shop. They did their best to accommodate me.

We had a great all around experience with The Auto Clinic! We easily made an appointment online and they quickly reached out with earlier options if we wanted them. They got us in quickly, got the parts next business day and had our repair done the same day the parts came in. They stayed in contact every step of the way with quick, friendly service! We will definitely go back!

Absolutely great Team!! They diagnosed the issue with my dad's truck got me and estimate and started work the same day. Communication was excellent and they were quick about the repairs and getting the truck back in the road. They even helped us find a tow truck to get the truck to the shop! We will absolutely be continuing to use The Auto Clinic for future vehicle repairs!!

FINAL UPDATE: I got my car back on 7/24/26. They did fix everything they said would be fixed. I drove it a couple of days to be sure there wasn't any coolant leaks and/or oil leaks from the areas they worked on. I didn't leave 5 stars because of the time it took. However, anyone that will stand behind their work, fix the mess ups (even if it means redoing the entire job), and not charge the customer anything definitely deserves at least 4 stars. Thank you for making it right. UPDATE #2: It's 7/6/26 and I'm still waiting to get my car back. One week turned into 2, then 3, and it's almost 4 months now. Hopefully It'll be finished this week and I'll do a final update. UPDATE: Shortly after I posted the below review, Jonathan contacted me asking if I would bring the car back. He said if I would give him a week he would make sure everything was correct on the car. He didn’t try to make any excuses just asked that I give him the chance to make it right. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, so I took the car back. Thank you for reaching out and asking for the opportunity to make it right (not everyone would do that). The customer service shown was above and beyond. Th
